Laura & Rebecca met in their early 20s at their first job in the Chicago PR industry. They became fast friends over their love of coffee, healthy eating & home workout DVDs. Shortly after, Rebecca launched Bettie Bomb, a Chicago PR & marketing firm, while Laura went on to work for multiple top agencies in Chicago.
15+ years, two husbands named Mike, five kids, five pups, and MANY clients later, they’ve made their casual conversation of ‘hey, we should work together someday’ a reality by joining forces. These ladies regrouped & reinvented a bit, taking Bettie Bomb from a one-woman show to a duo act and expanding to South Florida!

Rebecca founded Bettie Bomb, Inc. in 2005 after working heavily in Chicago’s hospitality scene with a variety of top-tier restaurant groups. Today, with vast experience specializing in hospitality and beyond, Rebecca focuses on local independent businesses, regional divisions, and national brands in the health & wellness, beauty, retail, fashion, and philanthropic spaces across the country, specializing in Chicago and South Florida.

Laura has spent her years of PR and marketing specializing in the hospitality and lifestyle industries working at a variety of premier boutique PR agencies in Chicago. With a specialty in national media relations, she has long-standing relationships with presses of all genres, guiding strategy for some of the nation’s most talented chefs, restaurants, premier events, and hotels.
